Cross Country Skiing
The Nordic Center is the hub of recreation activity in the town of Crested Butte. There are over sixty kilometers of track groomed for cross-country skiing (classic and skate), plus guided backcountry tours. If you're new to the sport, there are instructors for teaching all levels and a full complement of rental equipment.

Crested Butte Mountain Heritage Museum
Come visit the colorful past of a historic town. Experience the rich heritage of the immigrant miners and their families who survived harsh mountain winters and a simple life. See the dramatic transformation of this special town from mining to recreation.
