Cross Country Skiing
The Nordic Center is the hub of recreation activity in the town of Crested Butte. There are over sixty kilometers of track groomed for cross-country skiing (classic and skate), plus guided backcountry tours. If you're new to the sport, there are instructors for teaching all levels and a full complement of rental equipment.

Crested Butte Mountain Heritage Museum
Come visit the colorful past of a historic town. Experience the rich heritage of the immigrant miners and their families who survived harsh mountain winters and a simple life. See the dramatic transformation of this special town from mining to recreation. Enjoy exhibits about Local History, Skiing, Railroading, Crested Butte Personalities, Miners, and The Mountain Bike Hall of Fame. Open Tuesday through Sunday, noon to 8pm. Call for more information.

Performing Arts - Crested Butte Mountain Theatre
The Crested Butte Mountain Theatre (CBMT) is a non-profit organization committed to the support and encouragement of theatre arts in Crested Butte and nearby communities. CBMT presents a number of dramas, musicals and comedies throughout the year.
