PART ONE: START
Step 1) Select your destination, enter the dates
you want to travel, and enter the number of adults and children traveling. Click
“Next”
PART TWO: LODGING
Step 2) Browse lodging options. When you find a condo
or hotel you would like to price, click the “Select” button beneath
the lodge image.
Step 3) Use the Description and Pictures links to
learn more about the property. To price your dates, select the number of units
you want, select the type of unit you want, and confirm your dates. Click “Next”
or click “Back to all Lodging options”
PART THREE: LIFT TICKETS
Step 4) You have told us how many people will be
lodging with you. Please tell us what lift ticket options are needed for each
guest. Include the type of lift ticket (ex. Adult 4 of 5 days) and the first day
for the tickets to be valid. If you do not want lift tickets, click “Skip”
If special lift tickets are available they will be listed below.
PART FOUR: TRANSPORTATION
Step 5) If you need ground transportation, please
click either “Car Rental” or Ground Transfers” and follow the
instructions for each.
Air transportation is not available for online quoting or booking. For airfares,
please call an agent at 800-283-2754.
If you do not require transportation, please click “Next Product”.
PART FIVE: PROFILE
If you are an existing Ski Organizers client, or have previously saved a quote
with us, please log in with your Member ID (your email address) and Password.
If you have forgotten your password, we can [email your password] to you.
If you are new to Ski Organizers, please provide the requested contact information.
Your personal information is fully protected under our privacy policy.
PART SIX: VIEW YOUR QUOTE
Once you log in or create a new account you may view your online quote. If you
would like to book the trip, click the “Book this Quote” link at the
bottom of the page.
In order to serve you better, we’ve come up with a variety of ways to help
you choose or book your perfect ski vacation. The trip quote engine can help you
find and book your accommodation, lift tickets and transfers. If you’d like
to add air, non-ski activities, lessons, rentals or any other concierge type items,
