Located adjacent to the Ballhooter lift and the Village Plaza, the Mountain Lodge features one, two, and three bedroom units. These condominiums are some of the closest to the trails on the entire mountain. All units open to large central atriums with community fireplace and child play areas. The Eastern facing rooms offer incredible views of the basin side and surrounding mountains. All units sleep two people per bedroom and two additional people on a sleeper sofa in the living room. Units at Mountain Lodge offer a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a balcony. There are also laundry facilities and ski lockers on-site and a large fireplace in the common lounge with indoor waterfall and large screen TV. The Mountain Lodge is home to the Comedy Cellar during the winter, a bar and restaurant featuring local stand-ups.

Expedition Station is one of the newest lodging properties anywhere on the mountain. Encompassing junior studio, two bedroom, and three bedroom condominiums, Expedition Station offers a deluxe yet affordable lodging alternative for guests visiting Snowshoe. Larger units sleep two people per bedroom with two additional people on a sleeper sofa in the living room, and are equipped with fully-equipped kitchen. Junior studios and most 2 Bedroom units have a kitchenette. All units have a flat-screen TV in the living room. Expedition Station is in a prime location in the Snowshoe village, just a few steps from the trails, and adjacent to many shops and restaurants. The Shavers Center is also a short walk away. Guests can take advantage of the Expedition Station rental shop located on site.

The Rimfire Lodge is just a hundred yards from the trails, and adjacent to a variety of restaurants and shops. Most units have fully-equipped kitchens (junior studios have kitchenettes). Allegheny Springs features some of the finest accommodations that the resort offers. Studio units as well as one and two bedroom condominiums offer high quality furnishings and amenities. The Allegheny Springs Lodge features its own front desk with concierge and valet service, hearth room with two fireplaces and library, exercise room, over 6,000 square feet of modern conference space, outdoor pool, hot tubs and ski storage locker facility. These units are just 200 feet from the trails, and very close to numerous shops are restaurants in the village, and the Split Rock indoor pools. Seneca is the newest premier level of accommodation in Snowshoe's Village. Seneca offers studio units as well as one and two bedroom condominiums. The property is located along the village plaza adjacent to a wide variety of shopping and dining options. The Seneca offers guests very spacious and luxurious units with spectacular valley views on the western side of the complex and plaza views on the front side of the building, only a short walk to the slopes. Units feature a fully-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace (except studios), and balcony or patio access. The Seneca also features such amenities as a private garden patio with a very large outdoor spa / hot tub and an outdoor fireplace. Guests can also enjoy a small exercise area with cardio and workout machines, laundry facilities, a beautiful Hearth Room with wide screen TV and fireplace.

The Mountain Crest and Ridgewood condominiums offer studio units and studio units with loft. These units are located on the Highland Ridge across from the Powderidge complex on the northern side of the resort. These properties are located a few hundred feet from the Powderidge lift and trail system, and about a half-mile outside of the Snowshoe village. Studio units can sleep a maximum of four people, studio units with loft can sleep a maximum of six people. All units feature a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, and washer/dryer.

Powderidge offers impressive one and two bedroom condominiums on Highland Ridge offering glorious eastern views of the basin and the Village at Snowshoe. Snowcrest is just a short walk to the Widowmaker lift and trail system. Units open to large atrium courtyards with centralized indoor hot tubs. The luxurious Soaring Eagle Lodge is located at the Top of the World area and situated next to the Soaring Eagle Express high-speed quad. This lodging property is the finest Snowshoe has to offer. The lodge has an on-site concierge and service team. Soaring Eagle features The Marketplace: a European style grocery that is open throughout the day. The building also features the Ember Restaurant, with its cosmopolitan, yet comfortable dining experience. The Hearth Room, which is a private on-site wine bar, is only accessible by guests lodging at Soaring Eagle Lodge. The Lodge features studio units as well as one and two bedroom condominiums. Rooms have spacious floor plans with nine-foot ceilings throughout with gorgeous, fully-equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces and balconies. Guests will also enjoy the complimentary on-site heated parking garage.

The Inn at Snowshoe is located at the base of the mountain along Route 66, about six miles from the resort village. This hotel is completely non-smoking, and is located close to numerous shops and restaurants. This property has been a favorite of skiers for decades. It offers all the amenities that any traveler would need in one location at very reasonable prices. The Inn has a host of amenities including an indoor pool, hot tubs, exercise room, suntan spa, arcade, restaurant and bar, gift shop and more. Rooms have either one king bed or two double beds, which can accommodate up to four people.
