Big

Dubbed by the Skiing Magazine as the 7th best resort in the nation, Big Sky has continued to carve a name in Montana skiing and snowboarding. Not only known for having the most complete recreation opportunities, this splendid Yellowstone resort's majestic vistas, rich wildlife and best of all, the gracious hospitality have made skiers keep coming back each season. Located midway between Bozeman and West Yellowstone Montana, Big Sky has 17 lifts that excellently carry skiers and riders on their way around 3,812 skiable acres. Find your best route down a peak that has a vertical drop of 4,350 feet. A four-season friendly mountain with 20 degrees F average winter daytime temperature and remarkable softer powder runs. For uncrowded slopes and non-existent lift lines, come on up at Big Sky!

Considered as one of the largest ski resorts in Montana, Moonlight Basin takes pride of its 1,900 skiable acres that receive an average snowfall of 40 inches every year. Skiers and snowboarders of all skill levels can put to test their endurance on the resort’s 76 nicely tucked terrains with steep, deep slopes and hair-raising chutes. The mountain has a vertical drop of 4,150 feet and an elevation of about 11,150 feet. The entire area is serviced by 7 lifts including the Six Shooter which is considered as the only high-speed chairlift in Montana that can carry 6 people at the same time. Guests can also access Big Sky Resort’s ski area to complete the largest interconnected ski destination in America.

Considered as the 2nd largest ski destination in Montana with 3,000 acres of terrain, the Whitefish Mountain Resort has the summit elevation of 6,817 ft and a vertical drop of 2,353 ft. The resort features the advanced Hell Roaring basin and the Hellfire which is considered as the longest in the mountain that measures about 3.3 miles from the summit. Guests are serviced by 9 chairlifts that includes high speed detachable quads, surface lifts, T-bars, and the magic carpet.
